How did you (Marc) propose? I proposed at my mother’s art studio in Tribeca where Shana and I lived together for one year. Shana thought we were going to the loft to pick up winter clothes that we stored there for an upcoming ski trip. We had brunch at our favorite spot in Tribeca (Bubby’s) before heading to the loft. I had the studio decorated with lots of flowers and candles and Shana was completely shocked when I got down on one knee and proposed. She said yes! and our families and friends joined us downtown for an amazing engagement party!
Standout Memory of the night: Right after the ceremony when we were walking away from the chuppah, Shana grabbed my arm and told me to look back at all our guests and take in the moment. It was incredible to look back at the beautiful room and see all of our guests clapping and excited to start the night. There was so much love and happiness in the room and we were so happy we took that moment to take it all in.
Honeymoon Location: South Africa and the Seychelles…It was incredible!
