Love At First Sight
After a series of group dates I finally got my one on one. At the end of the date he asked me what I had planned for the following day. I told him that I had an audition, but that I wasn’t sure if I was going to go because I probably won’t get it anyhow. He looked at me and said, “You’ll never get anything if you don’t try.” And that was that. He had won my heart with those simple words. Here was this man that I just met, pushing me to be a better version of myself. Every day after that I pushed myself harder and life started falling into place. For the first time in my life I knew what complete happiness was and I wasn’t going to let it go.
We took our time dating, enjoying each other, experiencing new life together. He took me to ball games and I took him to the ballet. Then a little after four years, he asked me to do him the honor of being his wife. Together, we didn’t just find love, but a teammate for life.

Jerese, What a wonderful collection of photos! SO wish I could have attended with Adam Martin. Loved your “Love at First Sight” blog. I hope the small town Michigan girl enjoys her magic love in NYC! ♥ SO proud to have been a part of your past.
